Network status
Live status is not published here yet
We are building a real-time outage notice for this page. Until it is live, this box will not tell you whether the network is healthy — so please don’t read it as an all-clear. If your service is down, run the speed test below, try the steps on this page, and call us on 786-349-2000. If we already know about an issue in your area, we will tell you on the call.
Test your connection
Running a speed test before you call tells us a lot — and often answers the question on its own. Our test runs against the SKYNET360 network rather than a random server on the internet, so the number reflects your actual connection.
SKYNET360 Speed Test
Takes about thirty seconds. If you're calling us about speed, run this first and have the result ready — it saves a step and usually points straight at the cause.
Run the speed test →- For an accurate result
- Plug into the router with a cable if you can. WiFi measures your WiFi, not your internet.
- Test from one device at a time — pause streaming, downloads and backups elsewhere in the building.
- Stand near the router if you must test over WiFi, then test again further away to see what the walls cost you.
- Note the upload figure too, not just download. It is usually the half causing the problem.
Before you call
Most issues clear in a couple of minutes. Worth trying these first.
Restart in order
Power off the router, wait a full minute, power it back on and give it two or three minutes to settle. If there is a separate modem or antenna power supply, restart that first and let it come up before the router.
Check one device or all of them
If a single device is slow, the problem is usually that device or its WiFi. If everything in the building is slow at once, it is the connection — that is when to call us.
Look at the lights
Note which lights are on, off, or blinking, and what colour they are, before restarting anything. It is the fastest clue we have and it disappears the moment you power cycle.
Still not right?
Call us and we will work through it with you. If it needs a technician, we will book one — local, not a call centre three time zones away.
Our team answers the phone Monday to Friday, 8AM – 6PM EST. Outside those hours the chat is answered by our AI assistant — it can help with most things straight away, and anything it can't resolve is passed to a person the next working morning.
