Fixed Wireless Internet

A direct signal from our tower to a small antenna on your home — built for addresses fiber hasn’t reached.

How fixed wireless works

We mount a small antenna on your roof and point it at one of our towers. That antenna holds a direct radio link back to our network — no phone line, no cable, no trenching.

Where fiber isn’t built

Fiber takes time and construction to reach every street. Fixed wireless serves the homes in between, today.

Not satellite

The signal travels a few miles to a local tower, not to orbit and back. That means normal latency — video calls and gaming work.

Installed quickly

No digging and no waiting on a build. In most cases a technician mounts the antenna and you’re online the same visit.

What it needs

Fixed wireless depends on a clear path between your roof and our tower. Trees, buildings and terrain in the way can reduce or block the signal, so we confirm your address before we promise service — that’s what the availability check is for.
