How fixed wireless works
We mount an antenna on your building and point it at one of our towers. That antenna holds a direct radio link back to our network — no phone line, no cable, no trenching across your property.
Where fiber isn’t built
Fiber takes construction to reach every road. Warehouses, yards, farms, job sites and light-industrial parks are frequently the last places it arrives — and the first places fixed wireless can serve.
Not satellite
The signal travels a few miles to a local tower, not to orbit and back. Latency stays normal, so hosted phones, card payments and video calls behave the way they should.
Online in days, not quarters
No digging, no permits, no waiting on a build. In most cases a technician mounts the antenna and the site is working the same visit.
What it needs
Fixed wireless depends on a clear path between your building and our tower. Trees, terrain and taller buildings in the way can reduce or block the signal, so we confirm the address before we promise service — that is what the availability check is for. For multi-site operations we look at each location on its own; some will take fiber, some will take wireless.
